Good picks Master Jimmy!
Am I the only one who feels that "Savin' Me" is universal?
I despise Kelly Clarkson but "A Moment Like This" works for the romance too.

I wish I had some degree of video editing talent. Or even just being able to make a slide show with music.
If I could Master Jimmy I would make a "Far Away" video with pictures of Brianna and Atton.

I've got tons of songs that go with Atton, but, ironically enough, I can't remember any of them at the moment. One that pops to my mind is "When Love and Death Embrace" by HIM... for Atton's death scene. *cries* I'll probably remember more eventually.

Okay, got some more... "Butterfly" by Crazy Town - some of the lyrics seem to work for F!Exile/Atton. "Creep" by Radiohead - no comments needed. "Iris" by Goo Goo Dolls - see above. *sigh* I'm in a sappy mood I guess

"Terminus Est" by Julia Ecklar. You'd SWEAR it was written for Atton, especially if you make him a (RELUCTANT) Jedi after.
The shadow hovers over soul and mind Its power fuiligin and vast, Tradition slithers round us, like serpents coils it's bound us, Bound us to the shadow of the torturer's mask.
An ancient place, the one I have and hold, An ancient lesson I do learn, Our job to slay the people, Our fate to do the evil, Pity the poor prisoners, Let the torturers burn!
We must not sway beneath our henious work. Compassion is the greatest crime. I take one life in kindness. They d**n me for my blindess, And I'll bear that stigma till the end of my time.
Her memories haunt me when I'm most alone. No longer can I see the right, Unwilling penace calls me, Concilation draws me Into my grim future, into Earth's blackest night.
The sword of is said lichtor, all uncounted deaths can tell, Her blade marks the division between, living death and hell.
So as I journey toward a hated post, despair is in her finest hour. Upon God's path must I tread, My fate to make and raise dead, Wielding like a sword, an old and earth saving power.
If I but knew that use of what I learned, Some hope might overcome my strife, Can death be so apalling? Humanity is calling Me to be their savor, at the risk of my life, While I must sow the death from which a new sun must rise.

I like Betwen the Bars by Elliot Smith But I REALLY prefer Madeleine Peyroux's version for Atton. It's slow and smokey and, to me, sounds like lost potential... The line: "People you've been before that you don't want around anymore That push and shove and won't bend to your will I'll keep them still..." seems particularly appropriate...
