Okay! Being a sport person (mainly hockey) I have had sum really great memorable moments in games,
I was wondering would any one like to share their most favourable moments in sport that they were involved in!
I'll post up one of mine, Hmmm..... There's sooo many but I'll begin with one
I was playing in a State Hockey Tournament and I was versing South Aus, (I was WA) and we were up by one goal, it was 2-1 and they had a 16 yard hit, sumhow I got it off the fullback and pinched the ball off of her, I ran towards the D, it was a 1 on 1 with the goalie and for sum odd reason I took the ball out wide to the right of the goals.
the goalie came out and I was almost on the baseline of the field, I shot for goal (Basically non existant angle towards goals) and as I was about to hit the ball, I slipped and was falling over, somehow I still managed to hit the ball, and the next thing I know I'm flat on the ground and watching the ball in slow motion
AND . . . . . . . IT WENT IN!!! GOAL!!!!!!! Lol, I got up and ran to the rest of my team mates who were hysterical!! It was hilarious to get a goal like that, because it dosen't often happen!
Post yours!!!!!

It was my black belt test last May. I was tired and they pushed us outside at like midnight. Guess what? Time for conditioning!!! Yay! BUt that just leads up.
My friend was horribly out of shape, which I'll admit I need to get back in shape. After the running he came to me and said "I think I'm going to hurl."
Pretty basic, it wasn't funny at all until I realized I was one of the few people who didn't spew.
They had always told us to reply like this- "I feel good, I feel fine, I wish I felt like this all the time!" when they ask how we are doing. So we had a party after the test my friend comes up to me and says- "I threw up! I feel fine! I wish I felt like that all the time!
But I have to say it wasn't that funny and probably will never be funny unless you saw the expression on his face. Still watching my instructor who had yelled at me for six grueling months cry tears of joy was at the top for me.

Ahh.. Probably when I completely stuffed(Volleyball talk for blocking.) this one extremely arrogant hitter in volleyball. ;D It was great. The death glare I got from her was definately worth it. And my coach thought so too. XD Heh. If looks could kill...I'd be dead then. =3

DNR I can imagine it because I've seen someone in a simular situation and it is hilarious! Lol Ah Yes I've had a few of those! Lol! In fact I had one yesterday and I stared at her and said "come on then, take a swipe at me I dare you!" She didn't tho! Lol! It's funny when they threaten to do it, but can never quite go through with it! Hehe! Another of my memorable moments is the feeing that you get when you win a grandfinal or pass a test in a sport! I just love the feeling of releif and satisfaction of a job well done and partially feeling proud!

Yep, that's great too. I did remember a tiny little rumble happening in the 10 minute break we took. Man that punch hurt! What had happened was a kid from a school in Arizona had insulted one of my friends. It started off like all fights do, with verbal usage until...the Arizona guy took a swipe at him. I'm glad it was a short 30 second fracas, otherwise I've seen my friend go insane like that. It's not fun to watch. Then when it came to sparring you'll never guess who I was partnering with. It didn't really go beyond shoving and threats like you mentioned but it sure was memorable. I can't believe I even passed that portion of the test. Oh well, some times pain is memorable.

Okay! Not long ago, I was selected for the WA State Indoor Hockey Senior Womens Team. (At 19 years old, Bahahaha!) And I played in the tournament, it was the best I'd ever played in my entire life. We got to the grandfinal vs New South Wales , it was 2-2 at the end of the game - I had scored! Yay! Went to extra time, we got a penalty stroke, but my player who took it, flicked it to the wrong side and the goalie was able to save it. (She went to the right instead of the left) And............. They ended up scoring a field goal, winning the grandy! And just to let you peoples know that I can be a softy, I burst out crying at the loss. I cried and cried and...what do you know, I cried! But it wasn't until later that night at the after party, Mmmmm booze, lot's of booze. That the Australian Indoor Coach (who was selecting a team to play in the Indoor World Cup, this year) took me aside and told me. That I have been selected as a shadow player for the Australian team. I WAS EXSTATIC, I was soooooo proud of myself. To be next in line if someone got injured or couldn't go! So yes, this will be a memorable moment for me! Forever, unless I get into the Australian tem in 2 years time! ;D

When I was playing some hockey, I got a pass from my defense partner. I was at teh blue-line and I fired a shot at the net. I scored with only an inch of room. I brought my stick up and pointed it at the goalie as if I was using it as a gun to gesture that he got "sniped".
